Personality

Despite being displaced from his time by means of forced hibernation that extended for more than fifteen hundred years, Jason's personality and especially mental health have remained sound. Despite being reserved, he is generally polite and respectful until given reason to act otherwise. Possessing a strong sense of duty, and extreme amounts of discipline in all areas. He can be analytical, and generally takes whatever time is allowed to him, before acting on anything.

It would seem that the process that mutated him, however, make it more difficult for him to experience emotions in their raw form. This is untrue, because he does feel and experience everything, but his years of conditioning have enabled him to control his reactions to such powerful emotions... At least, in most cases.

Abilities and Skills

As a Witcher, Jason was taken as a child and put through extensive training, ruthless mental and physical conditioning, endless tutelage of magic and knowledge, and mysterious rituals in preparation for combating threats to humanity.

History

Orphaned at a very young age, and found wandering the countryside of Poland, Jason was taken in by several of the Wizards that would one day help form the White Council. In their care, he was transported to the hidden mountain fortress that served as the training grounds for the Witchers, a group of mutated monster slayers that served as the bulwark to defend humanity. Jason was raised as one of them, becoming one of their Wtichers and setting out into the world.

Fearing the threat against their new order, the White Council buried the Witchers who had done their job almost too well, entombing them for all eternity with the creatures that they had been forced to imprison because they couldn't be killed.

The prison was breached more than fifteen hundred years later, and the Witchers slaughtered in their hibernation... All, save one.

The placement of his tomb had been hidden, and it was mere chance that had kept him safe from the massacre of his brothers and sisters. He was discovered by Liam Winchester and Mara Adreana, who attempted to recruit his services in dispatching the old monsters that had risen once more.

Jason departed, fearing that the White Council, as they were now called, would attempt to use him as they had before.

He has since returned, initially arriving at the Castle to seek the help of Gwynedd Starling, but staying when he learned of Liam's capture and unwittingly aligning himself with those on his side of the Red War.
